Baby Potatoes in Rosemary

This potatoes recipe is fast and simple, but deliciously impressive and adds great flavour and aroma as a side dish to any meat.

Baby Potatoes in Rosemary

 

Servings 4, Execution time 10’

Ingredients:

20-30 round, baby potatoes

1 cup extra virgin olive oil Cretelion

1 tbs rosemary Cretelion

Salt

Procedure:

1.  Wash the potatoes well.

2.  Warm the extra virgin olive oil Cretelion in a frying pan and add the potatoes. Stir immediately and cover the pan with a lid.

3.  Fry until potatoes brown.

4.  Remove the pan from the stove and sprinkle the potatoes with rosemary Cretelion.

5.  Remove the potatoes from the pan with a perforated spoon and place them on a large dish, over kitchen paper to absorb their oil. Sprinkle salt over the potatoes and serve immediately.

Tips: Serve with roasted chicken
